Product overview
Spectrum PETG/PTFE filament is a PETG material modified with PTFE for functional parts where lower friction is a priority. Compared with conventional PETG, the modification is designed to reduce friction while retaining PETG-like printability, impact strength and strong interlayer bonding. It also offers good chemical resistance for technically focused prototype and part development.
Designed for sliding components
Choose this Spectrum series for sliding components and low-friction parts. It is also a relevant option for low-load gears and transmission elements, where its PTFE modification gives a practical reason to choose it over a conventional PETG filament. The range combines PETG's familiar processing character with a material profile targeted at reduced friction.
From prototype to selected end-use work
Use Spectrum PETG/PTFE for functional prototypes, then consider it for end-use parts whose friction requirements suit the material's scope. Its application focus makes sense for workshops and development teams selecting a material for moving or mechanically engaged components.
Specify parts with operating conditions in view
Chemical resistance and friction performance depend on the application. Confirm the completed part and assembly under the operating conditions it will face, especially when a component is intended for end use.
