Product overview
Fiberlogy CPE HT filament is a high-performance copolyester for functional parts exposed to heat, chemicals and oils. It provides greater heat resistance than PET-G and PCTG while offering strength comparable to polycarbonate with a more accessible print process. Strong mechanical properties and an odourless formulation make it a practical material for engineering teams, maintenance departments, workshops and experienced makers.
Built for heat and chemical exposure
CPE HT suits components that encounter elevated temperatures, cleaning agents, oils or other challenging substances during regular use. High mechanical strength supports durable technical parts, while resistance to chemicals and lipids expands the material’s use around workshop fluids and greasy environments. It is also suitable for conditions found in dishwasher cycles and chemical or UV sterilisation processes.
A practical alternative to polycarbonate
Choose CPE HT when PET-G or PCTG no longer provides enough heat resistance, but polycarbonate would add unnecessary process demands. It does not require an enclosed printer, so advanced functional printing is accessible to more professional and desktop production setups. The material is free from BPA, BPS and styrenes and prints without a noticeable odour.
For technical and replacement parts
Use CPE HT for appliance housings, replacement components, functional prototypes and engineering parts exposed to heat or chemical cleaning. For service departments, it can turn difficult-to-source spares into on-demand parts. For product teams, it supports functional prototypes that face realistic thermal and chemical conditions before a design moves into regular use.
Protect the build surface
CPE HT develops very strong adhesion to the print bed. Do not print directly onto bare glass or an unprotected build surface, because removal can damage it. Use a suitable adhesive, masking layer or another protective interface. This sacrificial layer protects the surface while preserving the strong first-layer hold needed for technical prints.
