Fiberlogy ABS Refill is a spoolless FFF/FDM 3D printer filament for durable functional parts. Designed for the reusable Fiberlogy spool, it combines the hardness, impact resistance and thermal performance of standard Fiberlogy ABS with a lower-waste refill format. Choose it for rigid prototypes, machine components, housings and repeat production when you want proven ABS behaviour without buying another disposable spool.
Standard Fiberlogy ABS in refill format
This is the same standard Fiberlogy ABS grade offered on conventional spools, supplied instead as a refill for the reusable Fiberlogy spool. It keeps the functional properties of the standard material while reducing packaging waste and shipping costs. It is not the separate R ABS grade made from recycled material. This distinction matters when a project specifically requires the standard, non-recycled grade.
Built for rigid, durable parts
Fiberlogy ABS combines high rigidity and hardness with impact, scratch and wear resistance. It also performs where parts encounter elevated temperatures. These properties suit mechanical and structural prototypes, concept and test models, gears, machine parts, durable housings, stands, workshop tools and other functional components. A practical ABS filament refill for repeat users
The spoolless refill format is especially useful for workshops, print farms and regular ABS users who want fewer disposable spools. Open the reusable Fiberlogy spool, place the refill inside, close the spool and only then cut the securing straps. The result is standard Fiberlogy ABS ready for the same functional work, with less packaging to store and discard.
Printing with ABS
ABS prints best in a controlled setup. Use an enclosure and reliable build-surface adhesion, particularly for larger parts or parts where dimensional accuracy matters. This refill is best suited to printers and workspaces prepared for the usual ABS process requirements.
