How to print it reliably
Use a heated bed and give the first layer careful attention. Reliable adhesion is essential. PEI is a suitable build surface, while glass should be combined with an appropriate adhesive made for filament printing.
ASA has significant shrinkage, so print in a stable, enclosed and draft-free environment. This reduces uneven cooling, warping and loss of dimensional accuracy, especially on larger or mechanically important parts. Use little or no part cooling to support layer bonding. After printing, allow the part and build chamber to cool gradually before removal.
